The Information Officer will provide oversight and management of IT infrastructure and support in country office. By carrying higher level responsibilities, he or she operates
The applicant should possesess the following qualifiactions:
1. MS/MS Degree in Engineering or Computer related field and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (or a BA/BS with 7 years of relevant experience in Information Technology management and client service experirnce) within the IT function including experience in delivering IT services to a large decentralized organization.
2. Profiency in standard desktop aplications including but not limited to Microsfot Windows XP/Vista, Office 2003/2007 Professional, Lotus Notes
3. Profiency in Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems and related technologies.
4. Excellent knowledge of IT hardware, PCs, handheld devices, sscanners, digital senders, modems, etc.
5. Knowledge of LAN, WAN communication systems (e.g., Cisco routers/switches, VPN devices, etc).
6. Ability to provide remote troubleshooting services.
